Leslie Hayes has spent her professional career in various leadership roles at both Nielsen and Kraft Foods. For the past 12 years, she led a team of over 20 Kraft professionals in the area of Shopper Insights and Category Management for the Kroger team. She is an expert on how to leverage Kroger’s shopper card data with CPG’s, as well as a “seasoned” player with Kroger and their “Customer First” strategies. Leslie is leading the KCBS team and the key principals on Kroger’s Shopper Centric journey by providing knowledge of shopper insights and marketing - such that the insights will drive both strategies and tactics within Kroger. As important... the challenge to champion any customer relevant insights back through our principals’ organization to optimize their ROI.
